Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Mane Extensions, we take pride in offering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain strict return and exchange guidelines to ensure every customer receives brand-new, unused hair.

We accept returns and exchanges in the form of store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds unless you have received an incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused, unworn, and in its original condition. This includes:

  • Lace must remain uncut and intact

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Hair must not be washed, dyed, combed out, or altered in any way

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued store credit that can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a resolution. In such cases only, a refund or replacement may be offered.
