All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We offer standard shipping across the United States, with delivery typically taking 4–6 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $250. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Mane Extensions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are unable to control any delays or issues that may arise during transit. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, The Mane Extensions does not assume responsibility for the loss. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to assist you before it is processed.
